The use of a surgical guide makes it possible to position the implant correctly at a limited bone volume, especially in cases where it is necessary to perform closed sinus lift accurately and safely.
The planning of this case was carried out in the ImplaStation program using the adjustable “V-factor” function – which allowed the author to control the shift of the drill tip relative to the implant apex. The Cowellmedi INNO system implant and the ProDigiDent Mistral v3 universal guided drill set were used to plan the implant position.
