DENTAL IMPLANTATION PLANING WITH EXTENSIVE DEFECTS ON THE LOWER JAW.

Dental implantation planing with extensive defects on the lower jaw.
Teeth 4.3 were used to fix the guide during the operation. To accurately determine the contours of the mucosa, CT was performed with a silicone impression in the patient’s mouth.
Later the same impression was used to obtain an optical scan.
Such a technique allows the most accurate comparison of tomography and optical scanning data.

Implantation and surgical guide are planned in the ImplaStation software.
