The distinctive feature of the case is an extremely limited bone suggestion. In the area of the tooth 46 it is planned an implant placement 4X6 mm. During implantation in such difficult conditions, each stage of preparation for the guide creation had to be performed at a very high level, excluding any errors, what the ImplaStation software allows. In this case, CT was performed with a silicone impression in the mouth for a clear contouring of the patient’s mucosa.
